Main Screen
When Listmaker is launched, you will be presented with the main screen that acts as a "list of lists."
From the main screen you can select a list to browse or you can create a new list. You will notice that each list
has a badge that
keeps count of the number of items contained by the list. If the list contains an uncompleted item that that is past
due, then the badge turns red to alert you.
List View
When a list is selected, the list view is opened which presents the contents of the list. Any list can contain a
mixture of list items and sub-lists. From the list view, list items can be completed (or checked off) and if a list item
has a due date assigned it is displayed under the list item's title. When a list item is approaching its due date, Listmaker warns you by
displaying the due date in orange. If the list item is past due, the due date is
displayed in red. If a list item has a note attached to it, a small note icon
is displayed in that row. Sub-lists can be created to break your list into parts, and sub-lists can be nested to any
depth. All of these lists can be searched by scrolling to the top of a list to reveal
the search bar. You can
search just the current list or all of your lists at once.
List Item Details
If you would like to see more detail on a list item, simply tap it to reach the list item details screen.
On this screen you can view all the details of the selected list item including its title, the list to which it
belongs, its due date, and any
notes that have been attached. If you need to modify any aspect of the selected task, simply tap on the field that you
would like to edit.
