Windows 7 Tivo HD NZ

I am trying to install on a windows 7 64bit machine i have tried a few times i have included a piece of the log as bellow.

I've never tested Harmonium on Windows 7, and I've never tested on a 64 bit machine, so you're breaking new ground here. That being said, the log you attached indicates this error:

Basically, it appears that it's being thrown off by the "Chris & Bex" in the path that you specified. It's reading the path as only "C:\Users\Chris". You may need to play around with escaping the '&', or you may need to choose a path that doesn't have an ampersand.

I have got it working turns out it dosnt like any spaces or anything in windows 7 i had to create another copy of my music folder and rename it as just music but now im stopping at the MDNS line and no harmonium is appearing on my tivo is there any sepcific ports i need to forward or anything i have tryed disabling my pc firewall but still have no luck.

Sorry for the late reply, I didn't get email for this thread for some reason.

I think you're having trouble because the HME software Harmonium is built on doesn't play nicely with IPv6, which Win7 has enabled by default.

In your wrapper.conf file, if should see this:

# Java Additional Parameters
#wrapper.java.additional.1=

Change it to this:

# Java Additional Parameters
wrapper.java.additional.1=-Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true

(note that the # has been removed from the second line)

then restart Harmonium.

I've tested the latest version on Windows 7 and had no trouble. (It includes the fix I described above.)

I'm having the same problem with Win7 on a 64bit system. Chudman, did making this change resolve this problem? I'm having this problem using version 0.80 beta. If this change has already been incorporated into this version then something else is wrong.

I have another post that talks about the same problem.

Please advise.

I get to this line:

and Harm doesn't go any further. It never shows up on my TiVo. I have another thread for this.
