Marking tasks complete

When you tap the gray checkbox and Action Lists fails to check off the task, what does the button in the upper right corner of the screen say? "Edit" or "Done"?

when you first go to the page and you try... it is set to Edit... then if you click edit and you get the red no entry icons (and it says 'done') then you still can't click in the square.. so ieither setting doesn't work...

Arn I was hoping for an easy fix. When the page is in editing mode (after clicking the edit button so that it reads "Done") the checkboxes are disabled by design. I was hoping you were just in the wrong mode.

Well I'd appreciate it if you can attempt to re-create it somehow... or if someone else using an ipod Touch on the latest version can... as currently this issue makes the software unusable for me...

Trust me, I'd like nothing more than to be able to reproduce it. If I could reproduce it, I could fix it. Despite my tries, I can't make it behave the way you've described. It just works for me.

The only thing I can offer you at this point is to synchronize your data with Toodledo, and delete Action Lists from your iPod touch. Then you can reinstall Action Lists and synchronize your data from Toodledo back to your device. I'm sorry.

yeah, i use Toodledo anyway... but Actionlists seemed to offer me more, and I'm sure i could do this before... not sure if its the latest OS thats to blame...

I had to delete Actionlists and re-install because of the bug you're fixing that meant the toodledo sync didn't work with the latest version of action lists... Also like i said... even a clean install of the lite version has the same issue...

Still keen to use this app... has anyone else using an ipod touch with OS version 3.1.3 had this problem... i.e. its not possible to click in the square box next to a task to complete it...

I think I may have found the root cause of this bug. I will be incorporating a fix into the next version of Action Lists.

Don't thank me yet. I still haven't been able to reproduce it, I just think I may have found where that problem is coming from. So at this point I'm making an educated guess. But I'll make the change, and hopefully it will fix the problem.
